Shipping policy

You can place an order directly from our e-commerce site www.leparfait.com by registering for your first connection.

We do not accept orders by emails or phone. If you encounter difficulties, do not hesitate to contact our customer service that will guide you step by step.

The weight of an order cannot exceed 20 kg of goods by constraint of acceptance of our carriers. Your order will then be refused by our services and you will be contacted to return an order that we are able to deliver you.

The delivery offered in relay point from € 59 purchase is valid for any order less than or equal to 20 kg. For any order exceeding 20 kg the Customer will not be able to benefit from this gratuitousness and will have to pay delivery costs. 

We deliver to mainland France, Corsica, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, Portugal, Monaco, Spain and the Netherlands. The choice of the carrier is made in the last step before payment either via Colissimo or via UPS.

Once the order has been accepted, the average delivery time is 3-4 days. The deadlines are expressed in working days, that is to say from Monday to Saturday inclusive, except holidays and are given as an indication. In the event of a problem with the carrier leading to the delay of your package, the company Le Perfect cannot in any case be held responsible.

If you wish to cancel an order please contact our consumer service immediately by phone at: +33805360001. If your order has not been processed we will cancel it. However if it has already been shipped you will have 14 days after the date of receipt to return it to us, the return costs being your responsibility.
