  • 1 Bocal Le Parfait Super - 1.5L
  • 2 petits choux blancs
  • 2cas de sel
  • 1 botte de radis
  • 1 botte de cébettes 
  • 1 poire
  • 1 oignon jaune
  • 6 gousses d'ail
  • 1 pouce de gingembre
  • 20g de piment d'Espelette
  • 2 càs de sauce poisson
  • 4 càs de sauce soja

1. Clean your jar Le Parfait Great

2. Cut pieces of 3 to 4 cm of Chinese cabbage, cover with a generous dose of salt, massage then let stand for 1 hour

3. Take the carrots in julienne, wash and cut the radishes in half, cut the cebette

4 Massage the cabbage from time to time

5. Prepare the yellow onion and the pear, a few pieces of ginger and 6 pretty cloves of garlic to obtain a paste

6. Pour the preparation into the bowl of a robot with soy sauce and fish sauce then mix 1 to 2 minutes

7. Add the Espelette pepper

8. Once the cabbage has made its water well, rinse abundantly to desalt it and then mix with the vegetables and spicy dough. If you use your hands, don't forget to wear gloves.

9. Place a new washer on your jar

10. Place the Kimchi in your jar by tiling well to avoid air bubbles.

11. To protect the preparation, place a cabbage sheet on top. This will form an excellent shield against external threats.

12. Close your jar, note the potted date then let stand 7 days at room temperature.

13. Remember to open your jar regularly the first days. Following the 7 days, you can consume your Kimchi and keep it cool.
