Ingredients

  • 4 Bananen
  • 100g Puderzucker

Preparation

  1. Wash and peel the rhubarb. Peel the bananas.
  2. Cut small rhubarb sections and banana rings.
  3. Put everything in a saucepan with the sugar and cook over medium heat, stirring until you get the desired cooking (with more or less pieces depending on the tastes).
  4. Immediately pour the preparation into the jars Le Parfait up to 2 cm from the edge, and proceed to the heat treatment of the compote for 40 minutes at 100 ° C.
