Ingredients

Number of persons: Mehrere
  • 6 grüne Walnüsse
  • 250 g Kristallzucker
  • 1/2 Stange Zimt
  • 2 Nelken
  • 1 Stück Vanille
  • 3 Flaschen Rotwein (Corbière, Cahors)
  • 33 cl Obstbrand bei 40°

Preparation

  1. Wash the nuts then roughly crush them by just giving them a slight hammer blow.
  2. Put the nuts in the jar Le Parfait Super 3L, add the sugar, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla. Pour the wine and the brandy over it.
  3. Close your jar and let macerate 4 months by waving the jar every day.
  4. Filter the nut wine and bottle it. Hermetically butcher, label and date. Keep in a cool place and out of light. Wait for summer to consume it very fresh as an aperitif.
