- Wash the nuts then roughly crush them by just giving them a slight hammer blow.
- Put the nuts in the jar Le Parfait Super 3L, add the sugar, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla. Pour the wine and the brandy over it.
- Close your jar and let macerate 4 months by waving the jar every day.
- Filter the nut wine and bottle it. Hermetically butcher, label and date. Keep in a cool place and out of light. Wait for summer to consume it very fresh as an aperitif.
