To keep the freshness longer

Is the sub-video a preservation method which consists in removing the air contained in the food? In the absence of oxygen, microorganisms and aerobic germs can no longer develop. Keeping under-lives preserve the taste, texture and color of food as well as their vitamins and their nutritional values. 

If you want to freeze a food, put it beforehand to avoid freezing or dehydration burns!

To reduce waste

Sometimes your children do not end their plates? Or that you have cooked in too large quantities? The subvid will become your best ally to save unpleasant dishes! The sub-video extends the lifespan of the dishes, then direction the fridge to be able to finish them later and thus reduce waste! Be careful however, the under-video must be made immediately after the meal.
