C'est sûrement la sauce la plus connue au monde et tout le monde adore son goût inimitable. Mais on parie que vous allez encore pouvoir surprendre vos invités avec cette délicieuse sauce épaisse : il suffit de la faire à la maison. Et c'est parfait pour réduire le budget alimentation !

Ingredients

Number of persons: 6 personnes
  • 3 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive
  • 4 oignons
  • 1.5 kg de tomates
  • 4 gousses d'ail
  • 150 ml de vinaigre
  • 150g de cassonade
  • 4 cuillères à café de moutarde de Dijon
  • ½ cuillère à café de 4 épices
  • ½ cuillère à café de cumin
  • 2 clous de girofle
  • Sel, poivre

Preparation

  1. Remove the skin from the onions and cut them into. Wash, seed the fresh tomatoes then cut them into coarse pieces. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into pieces.
  2. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan. Add the onions and brown them over medium heat for ten minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, cover and simmer for 1/2 hour, then pass everything to the blender.
  3. Sift if necessary and put the ketchup sauce to heat for an additional 45 minutes over low heat, the time to obtain a preparation for the thick consistency.
  4. Meanwhile, wash the jars with very hot water, let them dry in the open air and boast the rubber washers.
  5. Divide the thick sauce in the terrines Le Parfait Super up to 2 cm from the edge.
  6. Close and proceed immediately to heat treatment for 1 hour to 100 °.
