  • 200 g de rondelles de carottes fermentées au cumin
  • 175g de farine
  • 180 g de sucre
  • 3 oeufs
  • Beurre
  • 1 c.à.c de muscade
  • 1 c.à.c de cannelle
  • 2 c.à.c de bicarbonate de soude
  • 1 poignée de noix
  • 1 morceau de gingembre frais

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Butter the mold with a brush.
  3. Crush the nuts lightly with a mortar or chop with a knife on the board and roast them in a dry pan over low heat.
  4. Grate the piece of ginger, to reserve. Open your jar and coarsely mix the carrots.
  5. Blanch the eggs with the sugar in a bowl. Add the flour, a pinch of salt, a pinch of each powdered spice, bicarbonate, roasted nuts and grated fermented carrots. Mix everything. Pour the preparation into the cake pan and bake for about 25 minutes.
  6. Check its cooking using a pointed knife. Take the cake out of the oven and let cool.
