Recipe Nectarine and raspberry jam

- Wash and pit the nectarines. People 400 g of pitted nectarines and cut them into pieces.
- Wash the lime and cut it into rings while removing the seeds.
- Add ½ glass of water to the sugar to your frying pan and bring to a boil, then add the nectarines, raspberries, lime and ½ teaspoon of grated nutmeg. Cook for 7 minutes.
- Check its evolution by pouring a few drops on a cold plate and tilting it. The reserve should flow very slowly.
- Scam the foam, then immediately pour the jam into jars.
