Ingredients


  • 1/3 de fleurs
  • 2 tranches de citron
  • 3 à 4 cuillères à soupe de sucre
  • de l'eau filtrée

Preparation

  1. Mix everything and close the jar for a few days
  2. Stir every day until you see the first fermentation bubbles appear. It's a sign of good fermentation!
  3. Filter and pour the preparation into a typical bottle Swing Top for 2 to 3 more days. Remember to degas to avoid the surprise of the explosion!
